My/our proxy shall have full power of substitution and revocation to cast my/our vote as if personally present at the Annual Meeting to be held on July 29, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. and at all adjournments and/or continuations thereof for the transaction of any business and/or motions that may properly come before the meeting in accordance with the ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE, including the election of members of the Board of Directors.

The undersigned hereby ratifies and confirms all that my/our proxy holder may do by virtue of this proxy. This proxy shall not be revoked except by actual notice of revocation by the undersigned to The Secretary or to the person presiding over the meeting or upon one 180 days from the date hereof.
