REQUEST FOR HOMEOWNER INSURANCE

To ensure that all homes within our community are properly insured and to assist the Association in maintaining accurate records, we are requesting that all homeowners submit a copy of their current Homeowners Insurance Declaration Page showing coverage under an HO-3 or HO-5 policy.

Important Information About Insurance Coverage:

The Association's insurance policy covers:

• The pool house and community amenities
• General liability for the common areas

The Association's policy does not cover:

• Your personal townhome
• Your personal belongings
• Your personal liability

This applies whether you own or rent your home.

Please attach your HO-3 or HO-5 homeowners insurance policy.

As a resident of a Fee Simple Community, it is your responsibility to insure your townhome and personal property. This coverage is not provided by the Association's insurance policy.

We strongly recommend that homeowners maintain an HO-3 or HO-5 homeowners insurance policy.
