This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety, and signed at the bottom.  Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections and return to FirstService Residential no later than 5 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the postage-paid envelope or via email so your vote can be cast in absentia, if necessary.  If you do attend the Annual Members’ Meeting and wish to change your vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so. ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2026, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.  (The Board recommends voting for this resolution.)

In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re-election to the Board of Directors or is not in attendance then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead the proxy shall be held by “majority” of the Board of Directors. (B) Designated Proxy Holder to vote as he/she sees fit. (Print name of your representative attending meeting; Proxy holder must be present at meeting)
